We, Howard Weil Incorporated, want our customers to understand what information we collect and how we use it.

We  require these companies to protect the confidentiality of your information and use it only to perform the services for which we engaged them.

Howard Weil Incorporated does not have any companies related by common ownership or control (affiliated companies), and does not share your non-public personal information with non-affiliated companies for marketing purposes. To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use internal security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings, and we restrict access to this information.

If your relationship with us should terminate or become inactive, we will continue to adhere to our privacy polices and practices with respect to your nonpublic personal information.
