Notice of Identity Verification

Federal law requires Howard Weil Incorporated ("Howard Weil") to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens a new account. Account owners are asked to provide their name, address, and other identifying information that Howard Weil can use to accurately verify their identity.
